Prior to to the publication of “High-Impact Tools for Teams”, he has been teaching project management and doing research at the University of Lausanne and at the EHL (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, ranked #1 hospitality school in the world). He holds a Master’s Degree and a PhD from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
