This course dives deeper into customer interviews. They are the most common experiment to use to rapidly test basic assumptions of early stage ideas. This course goes much deeper on how to practically use them to de-risk ideas.
The “Understanding customers” course is designed to provide value as a standalone course. The first section of the course provides an overview on testing fundamentals in order to provide context to correctly using customer interviews. To gain greater mastery over designing and testing value propositions and business models we recommend taking our other courses but it is not required.
