This morning I had a look at the photo stream on Twitter and enjoyed some great pictures from the launch events and buyers around the world. @RaymondLex shared a picture of Value Proposition Design in the Harvard Coop, Harvard's Bookstore since 1882.
The book also went on sale in stores at Barnes & Noble and on Amazon, where it hit the #1 Best Seller rank in Marketing & Sales.
The funnest part of the first day of launch week were the launch events. In total we'll have nearly 50 events this week around the world. We started with events in Amman, Jordan (thanks @alkarmi and @ZainJo), Zurich, Switzerland (thanks @pmm_mab), Sofia, Bulgaria (thanks @StartUPBG), Cologne, Germany (thanks @kamilbbs), Folorianopolis, Brazil (thanks @Fabio_F_Nunes) , and Costa Rica (thanks @icastrocr and @startupcrc), with pre-events in Portugal and US (San Francisco) last Friday. Literally, the icing on the cake was... a cake. Lisa K Solomon (@lisakaysolomon), author of Moments of Impact, and her @designmba class, launched Value Proposition Design in San Francisco with special cake and a 3D Value Proposition Canvas by Rahim Bhimani
(@rahimbhimani).
